Dear Mr. Prosecutor,
I hereby inform you about organized criminal activities aimed at blocking my return to work in the State School of Music (Panstwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I i II stopnia) in Zielona Góra. Employees of the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine (Wojewódzki Ośrodek Medycyny Pracy) took part in these activities and issued completely false medical certificate.
Criminal activities against our family have been carried out for many years and have become more intensive since 2011. My husband, Dr. Habil. Lech Borkowski, was expelled from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He received the letter of dismissal on 29 October 2015.
Criminal activities against our family are being carried for political reasons. There is absolutely no justification for eliminating us from our workplaces.
The following persons are currently the most active participants of these activities:
- Renata Lato, Director of the State School of Music in Zielona Góra
- Bożena Telec, Director of the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine in Zielona Góra
- Roman Pilecki, physician in the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine in Zielona Góra
- Maciej Ryngier, physician in the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine in Zielona Góra
- Krzysztof Woźniak, physician in the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine in Zielona Góra
- Sarbina Sobkowska, psychologist acting as external consultant of the Regional Center of Occupational Medicine
The persons named above participated in fabrication of a completely false medical certificate.
