Nie jestem pierwszym naukowcem, na kt\u00f3rego wydano rozkaz likwidacji w naszej szerszej rodzinie. W po\u0142owie lat siedemdziesi\u0105tych funkcjonariusze komunistyczni zlikwidowali Witolda Giriata w Instytucie Fizyki Polskiej Akademii Nauk w Warszawie, kuzyna mojej mamy.<\/p>\n

\nI thought I would share the following with you.<\/p>\n

The human rights community overlooked a very important, and in my view a fundamental, problem. The perpetrators refined their killing ways since the human rights policies were first formulated. They evolved. They also worked on improving their deception skills.<\/p>\n

The reality in Poland is quite ugly. Poland is often viewed as an example of a successful democratization. Unfortunately, things are not looking good. Instead of democrats, we are dealing with graduates of the Russian school of deception and manipulation. The key ingredient of this school was an assault on the target’s psyche.<\/p>\n

My wife accumulated a large body of documentation related to the attempt of killing her as a social being. We are dealing with phenomena that have not been addressed by academic research, film or literature. The procedures of killing a human being have been refined. They are more sophisticated now. These days it is the minds and souls that are the targets of assassination. The body may live on (unless the target commits suicide), but it is an empty living shell, a biological object.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Interestingly, there is continuity of oppression that began with our grandparents, on both my and my wife’s side. Both of my parents were prisoners of the concentration camps in the Soviet Russia. I am also enclosing pictures of my uncle\u00a0Klemens\u00a0Ostrowski, who must have been tortured in the Russian camps. He was released from the camps in a state in which he was not able to say what really happened to him. He barely knew who he was. His mind and soul were murdered. He had to be taken care of for the rest of his life. In one of the pictures the figure bent over, that’s him. At that point he was not able to stand upright. It took a long time and a substantial effort to bring back a more vertical posture appropriate for a human being<\/p>\n

This continuity of killing, albeit with the transition of the killing method from the physical into the nonphysical, mental domain is the most frightening message. If anyone wants, we can supply more information.<\/p>\n

Being the target of a psychological terror (or any kind of terror) is like stepping into a parallel world. Everything looks the same and everything looks different. Everyone looks the same and everyone looks different. My wife was literally fighting for survival among people she happily chatted with before. When the masks fell, she saw ruthless criminals happily torturing and killing a fellow human being. She saw some of them in church. One is the leader of the church choir. One of them spoke of “God who will judge everyone”.<\/p>\n

Apparently the human kind has an infinite capacity for evil and cruelty.<\/p>\n
