Zielona Góra, 10 May 2016

Dear Mr. President,

I am writing to you again. My husband and I were removed from our jobs for political reasons, as a result of organized criminal actions. Mechanisms of these organized criminal activities are known very well to the top state authorities and relevant government ministers. We described them in detail.

Before I was fired from the job I was the target of psychological torture for a number of years, which was known to teachers, trade union representatives, doctors, lawyers, prosecutors, government ministers, parliament members, and former top state authorities. I wrote to politicians’ wives, e.g. to Radek Sikorski’s wife, Aleksander Kwaśniewski’s wife. No one reacted, no one started a conversation, no one intervened to stop the process of murdering a human being.

I live in a degenerate society. Józef Mackiewicz was right, writing in his book “The Triumph of Provocation”, originally published in 1962,

“At the turn of a finger, not only all the judges of the communist bloc, but also all the millions of people inhabiting the region will issue any judgment and vote for anything the Party authorities demand from them”.

Some people would say, that this is society which grew up listening to the teaching of pope John Paul II. Perhaps this is true, if JPII feted the 26th anniversary of his pontificate in the Vatican in 2004 with the Russian Red Army Choir.

In a letter to Anne Applebaum, Radek Sikorski’s wife, dated 22 May 2013, I wrote

The know-how of the Communist secret police has not gone to waste. The hunt continues. Anyone who raises his or her head will be silenced or liquidated. The totalitarian state silences its opponents, as Hannah Arendt described in her book Eichmann in Jerusalem.

The Minister of Foreign Affaris in D. Tusk’s government, R. Sikorski established the Pro Dignitate Humana prize on December 7, 2011. This kind of deception is typical of falsism. An element of camouflage. Its aim is to divert attention from the violation of human rights in Poland.

Social murder should be viewed in the context of fundamental human rights. It is a genocidal act. Such crimes are not subject to statue of limitations. The Communist genocide evolved from immediate executions and isolation in Arctic or Siberian concentration camps to solutions embedded in the Labour Code. The law has been constructed to automate processes of social murder and surround them with regulations relating to labour. The Communist Labour Code of 1974 continues to function today.

In a letter to the Ombudsman from March 8, 2016 I wrote

I hope that as an Ombudsman you will investigate this extraordinary case. I am asking for help in returning to work in the State School of Music in Zielona Góra. Law should be changed to make social murder based on eliminating the person from his or her workplace significantly more difficult. Social murder in Poland has a clearly Communist origin. The tools facilitating these actions are Communist law and Communist methods of organized social violence.

The Ombudsman responded with a letter dated 16 March 2016, which states that the matter is outside of Ombudsman’s competence. The Ombudsman is a typical mock, empty institution. Instead of carrying authentic, real actions, it is supposed to only simulate acting. It is a falsist institution.

For many years, law has been continuously violated at my workplace. My dignity has been trampled. I was the target of psychological torture. I was also threatened with the loss of my job. The entire state apparatus, including the former prime ministers and the president, approved of these actions. This is state apparatus de jure, but criminal apparatus de facto.

Yours sincerely,

Małgorzata Głuchowska

I am enclosing the letter to the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro dated May 10, 2016.
